Bring it in, arrange a collection, or post it over if you don't have a vac shop near you, — we'll check it over and tell you honestly what's wrong. No charge either way.

Any brand-new vacuum cleaner purchased from VacLab Floorcare is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you experience a fault during the manufacturer's guarantee period, we'll happily advise you on the quickest way to have it resolved, and it may be us that handle the repair.
Our refurbished vacuum cleaners are supplied with either a 3, 6 or 12-month warranty, depending on the machine. The warranty period will always be clearly shown on the listing, your warranty doccuments and invoice or sales receipt.
Each refurbished machine is fully inspected, cleaned and tested before sale.
Unless stated otherwise, repairs carried out by VacLab Floorcare include a 3-month workmanship warranty.
This covers faults directly related to the repair we carried out or replacement parts supplied and fitted by us.
If the original fault returns because of our workmanship or a defective replacement part within the warranty period, we'll repair it again at no additional labour cost.
New replacement parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
Good quality used parts are supplied as fully tested and serviceable.
Consumable items, including bags, belts, filters, hoses, brush rolls, batteries, power cords and similar wear items, are not covered unless faulty on supply.
